The house and winery are finished and occupied, finally! Landscaping is on- going and will be mostly fire-safe succulents and cacti. The alligator from the creek crossing managed to drag his 500 pounds up the hill and settle in as the new greeter at Wing Canyon.

2019 Cabernet Sauvignon: Incredible ruby-garnet color, it opens with savory aromas of violets, dark wild berries and a spicy backbone of mountain bramble, star anise and black currants. Dark fruit with a touch of cranberry and notes of licorice, fennel, sweet spices and vanilla are all supported by supple tannins. This Cabernet is blended with small amounts of Franc and merlot, amazing! $100/bottle
2018 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon: This wine has amazing aromas of dark fruit like elderberry and black currents, plus floral notes of violets and rose petals. Candied citrus and ginger, cinnamon and cloves with notes of mountain bramble spice up this well balanced wine. Finishing with well-structured tannins and balanced acidity. $85/bottle
2018 Estate Cabernet Franc: Beautiful deep purple-red in color, this wine has amazing aromas of dark sweet fruit, mostly cherries and mulberries plus floral notes of violets and rose petals. The flavors linger and change on the palate, apple and blackberry flavors accompanied by candied citrus, cinnamon and cloves and a lovely bramble of mountain herb, licorice and vanilla. Finishing with well-structured tannins. This wine will only continue to develop and evolve in the bottle.$100/bottle
2012 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon: Incredible aromas of violets and very dark cherries followed by so bushels of blue, black and red berries. You can almost taste the golden brown almond-vanilla cobbler crust a top the bubbling orange peel scented berries… Hints of cola, green tea, star anise and thyme round out the flavors. $75/bottle , sold out
2013 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon: This wine grabs your attention with incredible aromas of fresh tart berries, pomegranates and plums followed by notes of sweet vanilla, licorice, apple and cinnamon. $85/bottle, sold out
